It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the origin of self is self and that the reason why self is diverse is companionship otherwise known as love. Now it is true that knowledge has many arms be it anthropology, biology, cosmology and whatnot but all those arms lead back to self and with it comes the realization that the purpose of self, the meaning of life, is fundamentally love.
