Although Love is One singular reality; Love is both external of existence (cause) and internal as existence (effect). The reason why Love is both internal and external of existence is self-preservation of itself as cause and itself as existence. All of existence (creation) must return to source for it springs from source; source must therefore be outside of existence in order to safeguard its creation (existence), and, its self (as source). If Love would not exist outside of existence; existence would (possibly) not be able to return to Love (source). See it as a Parent and Child relationship who are in reality One; like a Father's Love for his Son (Unconditional Love). Feel free to replace the word Love with God for God is Love.
